Last Trip? Bournesmouth(06/10)...

Alright, these are pictures of my trip to Bournesmouth. How was it? I'd say it was ok. There were lots of shops and they were all close to the roads. Just keep going along the road and you'll see loads of shops all the way. I didn't realy do much shopping. The only things I bought was food from a HALAL shop. Go myself MAGGI AYAM, cheap eggs, HALAL cornbeef and MANGO juice that I haven't drank eversince I left brunei. Yes, and also a South East Asia phone card worth 5pounds. It had 199mins of talk time, I called my family straight way. God, I miss them. They're one of my reasons why I wana go back home. *sigh*

How was sight-seeing? Well, Bournesmouth had quite a number of places to go to. I saw beautiful churches, there's also the pier, the park and the market. I'm sure there were more places to go but since we had limited time and we only went around a small part of the city. And lets not forget that MOST of us were fasting. (Yes, some didn't. Sad, I know)

Things we did? well, besides sight-seeing and shopping. I guess we hung around the beach (god, when was the last time I wen to one?) it was cool, there were lots of people who were enjoying themselves. They were people having a picnic, dating, surfing and some getting ready for scuba diving. We also went to the Arcade. Played a number of games there. Some were really fun. Yes,You see the pic of the game with the RED BLOCKs in the middle? That is what I call, the GAME of EVIL (Yes, its a lame name and NO thats not what its actually called). Why? Because me and a friends spent around 10pounds playing the blasted machine!! Reason? Well, if you looked at the sides, there are prizes being displayed. What are they? *ehem* A PSP, a Xbox 360, a samsung digital camera and a NIntendo DS. Tell me, How can I not be tempted to play this thing? Objective?
Match the blocks, in a straight line up till the top. Sounds easy doesnt it? Of course it is!! 1st you had to line up 3 blocks in a single column, then 2 blocks in the same column and finally a SINGLE block until you reached the top.I tell, the farthest at most we've gotten was the at the near top. We only needed to arrange 1 more block and we could win. But i think its the pressure and excitement that made us fail. We cursed everytime we failed.ahaha.Could it be a trick? I don't know. There's a chance that it is. Here's my advice: Don't be tempted by machines that offer KILLER prizes. I tell you, these machines will run you dry. It nearly did on me =( hehehe. But heck, it was still fun. Yes, its counted as gambling but I just couldn't care less back then =p hehehe. Anyways, I think thats about it..Cheers~

P.S. (I know this guy don't know anything about my blog, I'm just showing my appreciation here)..I would like to say thank you very much to our ex-warden, Mr. Thomas Grant for taking us to a number of trips for the past few weeks. I hope now you are able to rest and enjoy the rest of your life in retirement.
